30-Day Return Policy

We want you and your pet to be completely satisfied. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Items that show signs of use or damage may not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

Email us at vovatre234@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned: items purchased on sale, items damaged by the customer, or items returned after 30 days.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at vovatre234@gmail.com. We will send a replacement at no extra cost.
